Our products are only categorised as 'short-dated' once the expiry date is under 3 months. We are unable to refund or replace an item if the expiry date is longer than 3 months at the time of purchase. If your goods arrive in an unfit state, please refuse delivery and contact us so we can resend your order quickly and report the damage. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation. Your statutory rights are not affected.
